“It is a delight to work with Kaja; she has a tremendous understanding, empathy and knowledge of fundraising in the charitable, voluntary and arts sectors. Kaja has a great track record of securing vital funds for social sector organisations and providing project management oversight where it’s most needed.“ Justin Smith, Managing Director www.chameleon-training.co.uk "All in the Banana Link team were hugely impressed by Kaja's professional yet friendly manner. She took the time to understand our organisation by consulting with all staff and built an astute comprehension of our purpose and practice. The work Kaja achieved for us in a small number of days exceeded our expectations. She is thorough, very knowledgeable and highly skilled and we really cannot recommend her enough, especially to small scale operations who could benefit from her experience of their specific needs and challenges." Jacqui Mackay, National Coordinator www.bananalink.org.uk |
Kaja has been a fantastic support to SWWB. She was instrumental in us achieving our first successful funding bid which will transform our small charity and allow us to finally appoint a full-time paid staff member to support our work. Kaja helped us define our organisations goals and clarify the purpose of our funding bid. She helped us shape our Job Description for the funding post and did many things outside her immediate role, such as connecting us with others who could support our charity. Kaja also sourced many other potential funders whom we can follow up with in the future. Kaja was very flexible in terms of communication and phone calls as our charity is run by volunteers and we do much of our work outside office hours. SWWB would highly recommend Kaja for any charity considering applying for funding. Lynn King, Founder and Chair www.socialworkerswithoutborders.org |
